RENTAL AGREEMENT

EVENT ADDENDUM

This Event Addendum (“Addendum”) applies to any rental involving a brand activation, launch, pop-up, shopping event, hosted gathering, or any event with invited guests beyond a standard photo or video production.

By booking the studio for an event, the renter agrees to the following additional terms:

1. EVENT USE & ATTENDANCE

Renter agrees that the studio will be used for a hosted event. Renter is responsible for managing guest flow, capacity, and behavior at all times. SONDER reserves the right to limit occupancy if safety or property concerns arise.

The renter assumes full responsibility for all guests, vendors, staff, and third parties attending the event.

2. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

For events, the renter agrees to maintain commercial general liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence. Proof of insurance naming Amerson Creative LLC as additionally insured may be requested prior to the event.

Failure to provide proof upon request may result in cancellation of the rental without refund.

3. FOOD, BEVERAGE & MERCHANDISE

Any food, beverages, or merchandise brought into the studio must be approved in advance.

  • Open flames, candles, glitter, or confetti are strictly prohibited.

  • Alcohol, if served, must comply with local laws and is the sole responsibility of the renter.

  • All food and beverage areas must be kept away from upholstered furniture.

Any spills, stains, or damage caused during the event will be billed to the renter.

4. FURNITURE, FIXTURES & WEAR

Events involve increased wear and tear. Renter agrees to take additional care with all furniture, walls, floors, and fixtures.

Furniture may not be dragged or leaned against walls. Any damage beyond normal wear will be invoiced following the event.

5. CLEANING & RESTORATION

Renter is responsible for returning the studio to its original condition.

Events that result in excessive trash, spills, stains, or debris may incur additional cleaning fees beyond the standard cleaning charge. Cleaning fees will be assessed at the discretion of SONDER.

6. NOISE & NEIGHBORS

Music and sound levels must remain reasonable and respectful of neighboring businesses. SONDER reserves the right to require volume adjustments or end the event early if noise becomes disruptive.

No refunds will be issued if an event is ended early due to violations of studio rules or conduct expectations.

7. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

Renter acknowledges that events carry increased risk and agrees to assume all responsibility for injuries, property damage, or losses occurring during the event.

Renter releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless Amerson Creative LLC from any claims arising from the event, including claims brought by guests or third parties.

8. TERMINATION

SONDER reserves the right to immediately terminate the event without refund if any terms of the Studio Rental Agreement or this Event Addendum are violated.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS


By booking an event at SONDER and completing payment, the renter agrees to the Studio Rental Agreement and Event Addendum.
