Please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled rental if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with 72+ hours’ notice are eligible for a one-time reschedule, which must be used within 30 days of the original booking date and is subject to availability.

Any cancellation or rescheduling request made within 48–72 hours of the scheduled rental time will result in 50% of the rental fee being retained.

Each booking is eligible for one reschedule maximum. Once a booking has been rescheduled, any additional change or cancellation will be treated as a cancellation under this policy.
